FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU ONLY WORK IN QLD?
No, although we started out working mainly in Queensland, these days we regularly travel right around the country to provide our advanced drone imaging and drone mapping services to customers where ever they are. COVID-permitting, we are also available to travel overseas to assist you with international projects.
ARE YOU CERTIFIED AND INSURED?
Yes, as a professional commercial drone services provider regularly working on government and corporate projects, we are CASA-certified (ReOC #6466) for multicopter, fixed wing and powered-lift drone operations and we carry both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance cover.
WHO ARE YOUR MAJOR CLIENTS?
We work mainly with industry professionals including engineers, surveyors, architects, building designers, film and TV directors, agronomists and environmental managers, who already know what outcomes their clients are seeking and call on us to provide the images and data to achieve those outcomes.
DO YOU SUBCONTRACT SERVICES?
Yes, we find ourselves increasingly working with other drone service providers, both local and international, to increase their geographic reach or to deliver services that are beyond the scope of their normal operations. We also sometimes subcontract other pilots to assist us on larger and more complex operations.
